At ARMORIS SYSTEMS S.R.L., we are committed to providing a fair and transparent returns process for our EU customers. This policy complies with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (e.g., by email) within this 14-day period.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

  • We will refund the purchase price of the goods and the standard delivery costs of your initial order.
  • We will not refund any extra costs for premium/express delivery methods.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return shipment.

3. Cost of Return Shipping

  • Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Parcels sent “cash on delivery” (COD) or without prior notification may be refused.

4. Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products, including but not limited to:
    • 3D printed products manufactured according to CAD files, technical drawings, measurements, or tolerances provided by you.
    • Products manufactured on demand with specific colors, finishes, or materials at your request.
  • Goods that, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed.
  • Digital products once download or access has started with your prior consent.

By placing an order for a custom or personalized 3D printed product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal for that product.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

  • Returned goods must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • If returned goods show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to check their nature and functioning, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

6. 3D Printed Products and Acceptable Variations

  • Due to the nature of additive manufacturing (3D printing), products may exhibit minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, or slight color/tolerance variations.
  • Such variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be granted for these acceptable variations.
  • Only major defects that affect the functionality or intended use of the product qualify for warranty or refund.

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

If you believe your product is defective or not in conformity with your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos.

Where a defect is confirmed:

  • We may repair or replace the item, or
  • If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, we will refund the purchase price including shipping.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
