At ARMORIS SYSTEMS S.R.L., we are committed to delivering your 3D printed products safely and efficiently across the European Union. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Shipping Regions
- We currently ship from Romania to all countries within the European Union (EU).
- Shipping to non-EU countries may be available upon request; however, additional customs duties and import regulations may apply. Please contact us before ordering from outside the EU.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – €9.90
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days – €24.90
- Free Standard Shipping: available for all orders above €50
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and courier performance.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- For custom-made or personalized 3D printed products, production time varies depending on complexity and will be communicated to you before shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
- You can use this number to track the shipment through the courier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All shipments within the EU are duty-free.
- For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees that may apply.
- These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.
6. Delivery Issues
a) Damaged Parcels
- Please inspect the package upon delivery.
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, you must inform the courier immediately and make a written note on the delivery receipt.
- Report any damage to us within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs of the parcel and product.
b) Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
- If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will replace or refund your order.
c) Unclaimed Parcels
- If a parcel is not collected or delivery is refused, it will be returned to us.
- We may deduct the cost of return shipping and handling from your refund, unless the failure was due to our error.
7. Partial Deliveries
- If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or production time.
- You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
8. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
