1. Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, online store, and related services (“Services”). By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Services

  • We specialize in 3D-printed products, including custom-made objects and technical parts.
  • Due to the manufacturing process, minor variations in color, surface finish, or tolerance may occur. These do not constitute defects.
  • For automotive-related parts (e.g., wheel centering rings), you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, certifications, and approvals (e.g., TÜV/DEKRA in Germany).

3. Contract Formation

  • Orders placed online constitute an offer.
  • A binding contract arises only when we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is due in advance through approved methods.

5. Production and Delivery

  • Production begins after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicated in our Shipping Policy.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., supply chain disruptions, strikes, natural disasters).

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate specifications (dimensions, CAD files, tolerances).
  • We are not responsible for incompatibility or non-approval of parts in your jurisdiction.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Standard warranty: 12 months for defects in materials or manufacturing.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • normal wear and tear,
    • misuse or modification,
    • defects arising from inaccurate customer specifications.
  • Liability is limited to the product’s purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Customer-supplied files remain the customer’s intellectual property.
  • You warrant that you own or have rights to use such files.
  • Our own designs, trademarks, and content remain our exclusive property.

9. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw within 14 days for standard products.
  • Exclusions apply to custom-made goods (see Refund Policy).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Romanian law and EU consumer protection law.
  • Disputes shall be handled by competent courts in Ploiești, Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
